Role of LEAP-1C IPS quality program work tasks
Responsible for the concession (CR) submittal to customer. Track and ensure efficient close loop under target deadline. Maintain and analyze indicators and database (WESHARE) of CR performance. Report out CR status.
Responsible for the QDN/SCAN in/out communication from/to customer. Lead first answer of QDN/SCAN with target deadline. Support and track final answer by interfacing with quality program home team and CFM on-site teams. Lead highlighted quality events investigation with home team support.
Responsible C919 production phase IPS quality delivery process interfacing with customer. Track and ensure the process to be put in place. Adjust and modify the process when needed. Be interface of FRR (Failure Reject Report) answer process by supporting from CFM teams. Maintain database and analyze quality events performance.
Organize weekly quality meeting with customer and work for program quality actions
Participate weekly quality connection calls on demand (when necessary) with quality home team. Take actions required by line manager.
Organize, support and animate for Safran monthly quality review (QRM) CFM/COMAC and be responsible for minutes of meeting coordination and action open/close follow up.
Organize, support and animate workshops between CFM and COMAC on specific topics when required, and be responsible for minutes of meeting coordination and action open/close follow up
Follow up and update monthly QRM action list COMAC/CFM.
Weekly dashboard review with line manager
Organize AADs (cosmetic catalogs) validation from COMAC, with support from home quality team
Participate to COMAC VP interviews (Quality for Trust Plan - Voice of Customer)
Give home quality team the important messages received from the customer (on priorities, questions/concerns, CFM performance and prestation – positive and negative feedback -, …)
Other quality tasks when required.
Job Requirements
Quality assurance (QA) or Quality engineer (QE) of Aviation / Aerospace preferred.
Necessary acknowledge and background of Integrated Propulsion System / aero engine.
Green belt / black belt certified is preferred
Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Good listener and good speaker. Ability to understand customers specific and generic, explicit and non-explicit needs
Self-motivated, driven, organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task, able to prioritize activities
Ability to work in different cultures with successful outcome
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree + in related field required
Minimum 3 years at first line quality activities
Proficient in MS Office programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Fluent Chinese and English in written and speak, French is a plus.
