Job Description

We have an immediate requirement for a Program Analyst to support Bombardier Programs. Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, the successful individual will work with the Program/Sales team and be responsible for assigned tasks on Bombardier platforms.

Complementary Description

• Responsible for coordinating Customer Returns and Retrofits with multiple functions
• Closely monitoring/ expediting requirements to ensure customer expectations are met
• Working closely with Bombardier Program Analysts/Production Program Manager to ensure repairs meet agreed turnaround time
• Managing Returns in SAP system and Sharepoint Tool
• Create, maintain, and publish weekly status reports as required
• Maintain delivery matrix on all OE program deliverables
• Maintain customer returns matrix ensuring costing and liability is clearly established
• Support managing PO's in the Bombardier Portals
• Ensuring contract reviews are completed and in order
• Working with the team to drive improvements to the current processes
• SAP initiation in P002/P003
• Sales Order and Purchase Order maintenance in SAP
• Assisting with delivery MOPs and KPI's
• Support team with various other projects/duties as required

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in a manufacturing or high tech environment is an asset
• Program and Project Management experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• SAP experience is an asset
• Ability to handle several aggressive deadlines at once
• Proven team player with excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented self-starter with ability to work independently
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills to drive actions to closure
• Confidence to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Operates with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, creativity, and integrity
• Willing to support after hours on a rotational basis

Specialized Knowledge:
• Excellent working knowledge on all Microsoft Office applications.
• SAP experience is an asset

Communication Skills:
• Internal: Superior verbal and written communication skills (including working effectively with others and consistent with the company's values), as well as excellent presentation abilities required.
• External: Ability to work effectively with customers.
