As the Information Systems Project Manager and Business analyst, you will plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of assigned IS projects within the IT/IS department. You will work closely with all levels of the organization to ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, budget and within scope.

Main responsibilities are:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle by following the Safran PMO Methodology and guidelines to ensure infrastructure and/or applications projects are delivered on time, on quality and on budget.
- Ensure the project benefits are identified during the initiation phase and that processes are developed during the project lifecycle to measure achieved benefits.
- Apply appropriate methodology (Waterfall or agile) to ensure speedy and accurate execution of the assigned projects
- Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements, and turning them into use cases, user stories etc. to meet development and stakeholder needs
- Ensure project scope and deliverables for the project team are understood and approved by business partners.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plan for all assigned project
- Create and/or coordinate the creation of all selected deliverables as per the project methodology (Projects and technical deliverables)
- Work closely with the customer to collect requirements specifications to ensure accurate execution by the team members responsible for developing and implementing solutions
- Create and manage the procurement plan when required by obtaining / reviewing quotes, creating capital expenditure requests, requesting POs, managing the suppliers in collaboration with the technical team
- Assist the functional owners with the creation of training documentation
- Ensure peers within the IT / IS Department are kept abreast of projects that will impact their areas and resources.
- Provide status reports and updates as appropriate and lead daily/weekly review sessions with key stakeholders.
- Prepare and participate in the delivery of presentations to sponsors, stakeholders and business partners connected to the project.
- Manage the day to day operational aspects of the projects and scope including project logs, issues, action items, risks queries and change management and escalation processes.
- Ensure compliance with IT Policies, procedures and application / infrastructure / security standards

Education &/or Certifications:
University degree in Computer Science or Business Administration. Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is preferred.

Work Experience:
5-8 years of previous working experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. Black belt experience is an asset.

Proven analytical and creative problem solving skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
Proven customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal, listening, written and oral communication skills in English (French is a desired asset)
Experience in leading international projects
Experience in leading projects related to IS infrastructure and cybersecurity Familiarity with NIST 800-171 and CMMC frameworks is an asset.
Experience in network is recommended
Hands-on experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modelling and mapping
Dev-ops experience
Hands-on experience of agile methodologies, especially the Scrum process framework
Experience with managing development, training, testing and implementation of application and infrastructure solutions
Hands-on experience with developing training documentations and operational procedures
Ability to work independently, autonomously and in teams in a cross functional environment
Ability to troubleshoot issues by performing extensive research and utilizing personal and team's experience
