Reliability Engineering Strategic Planner
Safran Nacelles
Location: Burnley, Lancashire
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting a Reliability Engineering Strategic Planner to be based on-site in Burnley on a full-time, permanent basis.

THE ROLE
• Ensure full compliance to SHEQ standards
• Undertake criticality analysis of site assets
• Develop and implement effective risk based optimised maintenance plans (FMECA/RCM)
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives through safe working practices. (PDCA, LEAN SIGMA)
• Create and validate standard operating procedures, work instructions, and engineering reports
• Identify business risks and provide engineering solutions
• Support assets throughout their life cycle
• Provide expert guidance to all key stakeholders suppliers (internal and external) if necessary
• Optimise critical spares management
• Manage and maintain CMMS (SAP)
• Measure and analyse asset performance in line with P-f intervals (CBM)
• Analyse asset trends (KPI's)
• Take active roles in the design, development, installation and commissioning of new assets, ensuring the reliability and maintainability objectives are in place. (RAM study)
• Risks identified and fed forward into Capital submissions
