Job Description

Intégré au sein des Méthodes procédé usinage du CEI IT (Centre d'Excellence Industriel, aubes de Turbines), vous êtes en charge d'optimiser le procédé de fabrication sur une cellule robotisée de rectification 5 axes.

Vos principales missions sont :
- Identifier et mettre en place des actions d'amélioration pour atteindre les objectifs Cout Qualité Délai sur le procédé de rectification des aubes de turbine.

- Interagir avec différents services tels que Métrologie, Outillage, Bureau d'études , Qualité pour converger vers un procédé optimisé

- Déploiement des outils de continuité numérique (correction automatisée, Power BI, etc.)

Complementary Description

Pourront-être abordés durant les 3 années d'apprentissage :
- Les outils du Lean Management: DMAIC, 5P, Ishikawa, etc.
- Le procédé de rectification des aubes de turbine
- CFAO et programmation des machines à commande numérique 5 axes
- Notion de cellule robotisée
- Cotation fonctionnelle ISO

Job Requirements

De formation Bac + 2, vous êtes dans un cursus d'école d'ingénieur en apprentissage.
