Job description
Product Improvement Engineer is at the heart of interactions between Design Office and other stakeholders of the company – Production, Customer Support, Maintenance, quality and purchasing.
Product-oriented, located on main sites, they solve operational problems thanks to their expertise and technical skills.
Their strength is to know how to communicate with all the partners, to understand each other's problems and to find the best possible compromises for efficient products and satisfied customers
Job requirements
Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un environnement de bureau d'études aéronautique. Idealement sur les produits Roues & Freins.
Un excellent sens de la communication, d'animation et de travail en équipe, ainsi qu'une capacité à prendre des initiatives sont des qualités attendues pour réussir dans les missions proposées.
Bon niveau d'anglais impératif.
Complementary description
Based in Walton Wheels & Brakes factory in the USA, the candidat will report to Velizy Product Improvement Engineer.
The main missions will be:
- - Improve the manufacturability, quality and costs of in house Wheels & Brakes products
- - Optimize concurrent engineering, collaborative work and animate workshops supporting production.
- - Develop processes and tools to optimize and facilitate products improvements
