Job description

1. Responsible for day-to-day production of Disk Line
2. Deliver HSE information to employees and priority to promote and support HSE activities (JSA, GPI, Ergonomic, case analysis etc.) training and meetings.
3. Ensure company quality procedures and manufacturing instructions are followed across all production area.
4. Take the leader of implementing corrective action RPO and 8D at production to ensure products delivered with highest quality
5. Together with PPC to ensure production plan and recover plan.
6. Look after to utilize production capacity in best way for promoting productivity
7. Maintain production consumable and RM to complete products
8. Promote the proactive development of production personnel providing leadership to production team.
9. Coordinate with support department Process, Quality, Products and Maintenance department to ensure smooth production.
10. Manage and organize employees to implement 1st level visual management QDP,5S, AM, QRQC etc.
11. Other special tasks, duties or assignments given or ordered by line manger.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor or above degree, master level is preferred
2. Mechanical Engineering related field
3. More than 5-years experiences in manufacturing field, preferably with background in auto or aircraft industry
4. With good patience & good communication skill
5. Good skill of English -- Oral and Writing
6. Strong onsite management skill
7. Proactive and agile
