Job description

Responsable de administrar el plan maestro de producción del sitio, según los requerimientos del cliente, la capacidad del sitio y la disponibilidad de materiales.

Complementary description

Definir el plan maestro de producción de la planta..
Dirigir reuniones de producción para evaluar la situacion actual/real frente a lo planificado, transmitir cambios, consecuencias y efectos al MPS.
Supervisar e informar los resultados reales contra el Plan de Producción semanal.
Determinar las fechas de pedido fuera del pronóstico.
Coordinar la reunión “Plan de ventas y operaciones” (S&OP).
Analizar la demanda según la capacidad instalada de la planta.
Planificar, programar y coordinar la disponibilidad de materiales.
Optimizar la utilización de la capacidad de la planta.
Coordinar las actividades y procesos de los planeadores de producción.
Resolver problemas e implementar mejoras asociadas al control de producción.
