The Supplier Performance Manager will manage global supplier performance from business initiation to mass production; obtain, implement, and track supplier improvement plan, continuously improve their maturity level in order to guarantee that the cost, quality, and on time delivery performance is in line with final customer expectation; ensure global supplier supply chain representative improvement action cohesion.
The Supplier Performance Manager coordinates the rate readiness activities (risk analysis, baselines, run rates, maturity and capacity audits) to secure the supplier long term industrial coherence to the customer needs, in order to secure deliveries and quality during the all program life.

Minimum: Bachelors of Science degree from an accredited institution in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Equivalent Discipline)
Minimum: 1+ years in Aerospace, Security and/or Defense industry
Preferred: 3+ years in Aerospace, Security and/or Defense industry

Must be open to travel as needed (25% -75%).
