Job description

Scope:
 To carryout service engineering tasks as detailed below and as directed by the service
engineering management team.

Accountabilities:
 To coordinate investigations as required
 To analyse data from in-service operations to assess engine behaviour and emerging trends
 To manage the provision of data/hardware to support Life Management Plan activity
 To coordinate and input technical requirements for engine repair
 To liaise with the Service Support team to ensure data flows are optimised
 Contribute to Root Cause Analysis of in-service issues
 To compile response to Technical Variances, coordinating this with the EPI Partner Companies
 To validate technical documentation
 To prepare presentations to summarise in-service events and to ensure clear reporting of inservice
events
 To support the Fleet Manager in developing maintenance improvements and assisting with the
investigation in reducing any operational burden in this respect
 To provide service engineering input to compilation of Service Bulletins
 To provide on-call services to cover 24/7 Front Office Support for AOG

Responsibilities:
 To support the Fleet Manager and Data Manager in discharging their duties
 To support the 24/7 Front Office Service and Team
 To support the EPI functions in discharging their duties ensuring that any service engineering
issues are tabled for consideration.
 To support other EPI functions in discharging their accountabilities to deliver their contractual
requirements
 To support the other functions to deliver their accountabilities by the provision and iteration where
required of interfacing requirements, data and outputs.
 To ensure compliance to the EPI Quality Management System

Job requirements

Profile:
 Bachelor Degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineer
Knowledge of control systems and architecture would be an advantage
 Experience of working in an in-service environment in a technical support capacity
English Fluent Level, French will be an important plus
Reports to: Chief Service Engineer
Organisational Role: Team Member
