In the role of Project Manager II, you will be responsible for the development, communication, and maintenance of the Engineering Project Plan. You'll coordinate with external and internal customers on project management tasks. This position contributes to our vision by:

  • • Coordinating, tracking, and providing status updates on the program plan.
  • • Investigating, resolving, and communicating issues that can affect the program plan.
  • • Performing program staffing capacity analysis.
  • • Owning program/project schedule integration for engineering tasks.
  • • Identifying the need for enhanced processes, methods, and tools, and providing solutions.

Job requirements

Safran Electrical & Power looks for service-oriented team players with strong interpersonal skills, the right attitude and adaptability to an innovative and evolving environment.

  • • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or Production Administration, or equivalent.
  • • 4–9 years of experience in an engineering classification (preferred).
  • • 3 years of Project Management experience (preferred)
  • • Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment.
  • • Knowledge of engineering principles, theories, technologies, and concepts in assigned discipline.
  • • Working knowledge of configuration management.
