Job description

Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Administrator will vouch invoices and create checks, follow up with un-reconciled invoices, perform data entry in Royal IV (ERP System), and maintain communication with vendors to solve issues. Reports to the Accounts Payable Manager.

Summary of Duties:

  • • Process invoices in the accounts payable system including performing matching of purchase orders, receiver, and invoice and proper account amount period.
  • • Perform automated check runs and prepare manual checks.
  • • Follow up on un-reconciled invoices.
  • • Analyze general ledger accounts for errors and make necessary corrections.
  • • Follow-up and resolve issues with vendors.
  • • Prepare and maintain 1099 paperwork.

Job requirements

Level 2 Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma required.
Experience: 4-5 years.
Computer Skills: Strong abilities with Microsoft, Excel, and Word.
Other Skills: Understanding of accounts payable cycle, voucher process, and of accounting systems. Detail-oriented and accurate.
Level: Intermediate-level position within job role.
