Job description

L'apprenti(e) aura comme missions :

  • - D'assurer le suivi du plan de formation sur le périmètre maintenance, réparation et révision interne
  • - D'alerter en amont les prévisions de formation qualifiantes ou habilitantes
  • - De relancer les équipes et s'assurer de la participation aux formations
  • - D'assurer le passage et le suivi des commandes (petits consommables/petits outillages…)
  • - Le suivi des visites ophtalmologiques obligatoires
  • - De préparer les missions et les déplacements
  • - La mise à jour des organigrammes et des trombinoscopes
  • - D'assurer l'intendance et l'organisation lors de visites extérieure et de séminaires
  • - De coordonner les faits marquants
