Job description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • - Engage all necessary actions at customer level to meet programs targets,
  • - Be a support and adviser to develop our relationship with our Chinese clients and organize and support all visits from ZOXY's team (meeting and translation),
  • - Follow up all actions at customer to ensure programs stays on target,
  • - Build and maintain customer intimacy for current and future business success,
  • - Manage all customer platform document loading locally.

Job requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Engineering preferred.
Experience: 3-7 years of program management experience where at least 2 years had been acquired within a commercial aerospace environment required.
Key skills: Fluent Chinese and English. Result oriented and proactive to meet programs target. Customer oriented with excellent communication skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships, leadership skills, organizational skills, ability to analyze & summarize information, financial acumen
Other skills: French is a plus.

The position is based in Shanghai with frequent travels in France.
