Job description

SUMMARY
The intern reports to the treasury accountant. Essential duties and responsibilities will consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

  • - E-archiving
Develop solutions for e archiving by covering Controlling, Treasury and Accounting. Coordinate with purchasing to outsource if necessary for e-archiving
  • - Bank information of suppliers maintaining
Maintain bank information for suppliers in ERP system according to the confirmed information provided.
  • - Bank slip attaching
Attach bank slip to related payment voucher, and transfer the well matched payment voucher to accounting team on time.
  • - Management of customers' and company's payment activity
Process bank payment based on approved request
Prepare the reconciliation of petty cash accounts and bank accounts, follow up the outstanding items
  • - Other duties as assigned by manager.

Job requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
 Education:
Student with basic knowledge in Accounting/Finance in the last year of university.
 Computer Skills:
Standard computer skills; experience in Excel, Word, PPT
 Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French or English is a plus).
 Special Skills:
Ability to work with people in other departments; possess a sense of urgency and attention to accuracy and detail; ability to handle duties as required.
