Job description

Intégré dans le pôle documentation sur un site de production, l'apprenti aura en charge :

  • • la mise en place d'un système de gestion des IC (Incremental Change) - mise à jour documentaire - qui permettra une continuité de la bibliothèque technique jusqu'à l'intégration dans les gammes de travail
  • • le support du traitement des mises à jour documentaire
  • • la surveillance des livrables des prestataires et/ou autres ateliers MRO
  • • l'organisation d'un reporting « Automatisé » sur SharePoint en exploitant Power BI
  • • le pilotage du 5S du secteur (archivage physique et informatique, standardisation du classement...)
    • - Le reporting de la performance des Partenaires et/ou soustraitants

Job requirements

Vous suivez une formation de documentaliste avec quelques notions techniques ou une formation en productique mécanique.
Vous êtes rigoureux et avez un sens du relationnel.
La maîtrise des outils Office est requise.
