Job description

  • - Assurer la gestion et la diffusion de l'information et des courriers
  • - Aider à la gestion du temps de travail
  • - Préparer les missions des personnels
  • - Organiser les réunions / séminaires
  • - Assurer le suivi du budget
  • - Mettre à jour le carnet d'adresses (vœux et salons)
  • - Mettre à jour les organigrammes
  • - Assurer la mise en forme et l'affichage des indicateurs de gestion, plan de progrès local, Innovation Participative et SSE
  • - Assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'établissement de Bordeaux (gestion des factures, commandes et achats de fonctionnement pour l'établissement,... )
  • - Assister la fonction établissement dans les actions établissements
