Job Description

• Disciplinary responsibility of Aircraft Management team
• Interface with the Customer on FAL level
• Ensure regular reporting (daily KPIs) of SAFRAN work progress to the customer
• Participate as SAFRAN representative to daily customer meetings
• Continuous drumbeat of internal work progress
• Secure closure of open points in line with customer needs
• Coordinate communication between production-, ME- and support teams
• Drumbeat and escalation of internal and external blocking points
• Provide SAFRAN action plans in case of recovery
• Require and secure resources assignation according to validated burning plan
• Provide workload forecast (short/long term) in line with customer planning and assumptions
• Alert when burning plans do not meet milestone, planning and request action plans
• Escalate issues to top management when needed
• Provide workload forecast of OSW / NC for D3

Job Requirements

• Three years of experience as Project Manager with preference in Aviation Electrics and Structure and three years of experience within Airbus
• Knowledge of practices and procedures within the aerospace industry
• Good leadership qualities, team spirit skills
• Assertiveness and standing in front of customer
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• French knowledge is a plus
