Country Delegate Poland (remote)

• The Country Delegate is supposed to act as extended arm for Safran Electronics & Defense to foster territorial growth as a member of the international sales deployment team. The Country Delegate reports to the Director Sales & Marketing
(in Switzerland)
• Establishing and fostering close & trustworthy customer relationships
• Proactive promotion of the Group‘s capabilities
• Identification and building of key strategic industrial partnerships (with local or foreign partners) that will help Safran to foster its footprint and increase its captures in the territory
• Tracking market dynamics and competitive activities in order to anticipate future requirements and deriving appropriate measures
• Capture Lead for cross-border system business
• Managing, influencing and motivation of Safran internal stakeholders from Technical, Operational, Commercial and Legal disci-plines

Parlons de vous

• Military background and experience in Defense industry in the target territory
• Active network to governmental decision makers, to end users and to the defense industry
• Academic degree in engineering or sales or any related discipline
• Political awareness with a broad understanding of military operational and technical areas
• Thorough understanding of the Defense & Security market, including but not limited to a clear understanding of the customer‘s operational needs and their technical and commercial procurement processes
• Proven knowledge of methods and best practices as applied to military sales.
• Can interact with the customer buying center at eye level in a proactive, analytical and coherent manner in order to identify opportunities
• Ability to act autonomously but with a clear team focus
• Enjoyment and experience with challenging projects
• Excellent communication skills and an affinity to present at exhibitions and conferences.
• Knowledge of Safran Electronics & Defense products & technology or a high affinity for high-tech products and interest to learn
• Ideally located in the territory or willing to frequently travel to the territory and to the headquarters in France
• Fluent in English and Polish, knowledge in German or French
