MRB Engineer - Permanent

To analyse and categorise manufacturing non conformances and to provide / collate substantiated technical dispositions which ensure the airworthiness of products manufactured on the UK site. You will be required to communicate and work within the operational, quality and design teams & liaise with Product Quality Managers and Customers to obtain authorisation for Major non conformances.

Self driven, resourceful, independent whilst still working in a team environment, be target driven and be able to communicate at all levels of the business.

4 years experience in aeronautical engineering - essential
Good awareness of Composite and Metallic structures and materials - essential
Good understanding of Design principles and material selection - essential
Excellent understanding of stress principles - essential
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques - essential
Good communication skills - essential
Good people skills - essential
Good time and priority management skills - essential
Good planning and organisation skills - essential
Engineering Degree / HND or equivalent experience - essential
French Language Skills - preferable
