As part of an innovative forming technology development on metallic materials :
• You will participate in the modelling of physical phenomena using Autoform and ANSYS tools ;
• You will contribute to the characterization of parts and samples resulting for the new process ;
• You will contribute to optimization of the process for different parts concerned by this process ;
• Knowledge on Aluminum, Titanium and steel alloys will be appreciated
You have a training/degree and/or demonstrated experience in following skills :
• Metalforming processes like press forming, spin forming etc. (cold and/or hot);
• Metallic materials Heat treatment
• FEM tools like Autoform, Ansys,…
• Mechanical properties of metals (relationship between mechanical properties and microstructure)
• Knowledge on materials testing (including mechanical and microstructure of metallic materials)
• CAD tools
