To define and adapt the group of planning, organization, direction and control activities of the technical support team to upkeep the
Strategic Operation Plan, assuring the technical sustantiable solutions to any flow within the Shop related to the engine and its
components by the proper assign and management of team members and resources that contribute to the definition,
implementation and execution of work processes to achieve the objectives of the organization

-Quality Control, SPC and Problem Solving Tools

Engineer with experience in the aeronautical MRO sector in technical support and assistance, as well as in leadership positions.

Technical Knowledge
-Management of aeronautical technical documentation (ESM, AMM, CMM, IPC, AD, SB, etc)
-Knowledge of aeronautical regulations (FAA, EASA, AFAC)
-Knowledge of Aircraft Systems (desirable)
-Blueprint interpretation, GD&T
-Knowledge of basic inspection methods and equipment
