Quality Assurance Engineer H/M

Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for surveillance all the compliance, effectiveness
and quality of the shop processes with the applicable aeronautical authorities, OEM,
customers, Quality Management System, and company procedures requirements.

-Verify that SAESA's Quality System is followed and updated as required.
-Works with other areas in the review and preparation of internal procedures and formats, and
assure its compliance with Company's Policies and the Authority requirements
-Participate in Quality Investigations required to establish root causes of non-conformities and
customer complains. Assures a correct follow up of the root causes tools during the
investigations.
-Performs internal audits of different areas.
-Reports and request action plans for non-conformances and improvement opportunities
detected
-Validates the Capability Self Evaluation form for each new process implemented in the
Company
-Participates in the creation, analysis and updating of quality indicators as required in order to
establish action plans
-Verifies and validate the first article (FAI) for new processes
-Validates qualification file for special processes
-Performs returns of experience (RETEX) and briefings for her/his assigned gate
-Performs training on Quality Fundamentals in the On Boarding plan
-Preforms the Spot Audits, and the calibration for personnel participating in the spot audit
program as auditors and verifies completion of the action plan for the spot audits of her/his
specific gate
-Quarantine management
-Follow up of the RPP
-Revision and validation of RFCs (Request For Change)
-Evaluate the technicians and inspector capability and knowledge in order to validate their new
scopes in roster.

-Knowledge and handling and searching technical manuals and Technical Information
-CFM56 and LEAP Series Engine knowledge
-Knowledge of special processes management per international norms like AS9110 or
ISO9000
-Documental Quality Management System knowledge
