PRODUCTION LEADER H/M

Resposible for a production pole, the Production Leader is in charge of the performance of his/her assigned production lines in
terms of HSE, Quality, Deliveries, Cost, Ressources and Innovation. He/she is accountable for the overall results of the production
pole, the follow up of the action and improvement plans, and the cost control strategy.

Ensures the deployment of the HSE strategy on his/her production pole, and the improvement of the KPIs .
Ensures Quality procedures are thoroughly respected inside his/her pole.
Coordinates the root cause analysis and action plans derived from the exported (if any) and internal non-quality.
Monitors the sales volume of his/her assigned pole, analyses the deviations and drives the action plan to reach the sales budget.
Esures TAT/SPT metrics are achieved, analyses the deviations, and ensures the execution of the improvement plan for these
metrics.
Follows the adherence to the standard times of his/her production pole, and coordinates the stategy to improve the repair times.
Manages the overtime incurred by his/her production pole, drives the strategy to reduce the overtime to the minimum.
Manages the repair cost of your production pole, through deviation analysis, deploys the cost reduction strategy and OPEX management.
Manages the production supervisors and their development. Validates the hiring needs for his/her production pole.
Supports the continuous improvement initiatives through his/her assigned ressources (DMDs, Green Belt projects, One Safran,
Kaizens, etc.).

Production leader with at least 5 years in previous leadership roles with proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
