The customer support engineer is in charge to adminístrate and provide help to the engine owner on the follow up of the shop visit processes, he participates to the daily gate revisión meetings, he helps to analyze technical shop findings report from subcontracted repair vendors and elaborate engine condition reports, elaborate on weekly status reports and eventually repaired and replaced parts report if required by customer although not limited to support other functions related to the shop visit follow up.
The Customer Support Engineer is evaluated and reports directly to the account engine owner leader of each program, therefore reports functionally to the Customer Support Manager.
The OJT and Objectives revision must be done twice a year under the same shceeme as for the engine owners. The objectives evalution will be done by the EO leader of the program to which is assigned..
GPEC and OJT are to be designed specifically for this new position and their development career path is based as follows:
• Customer Support Engineer (Jr.)
• Customer Support Engineer advanced (Sr.)
• Option to eventually be appointed as EO.

Updates databases such as SSO´s, Monitoring Tool, Inductions, Power BI, Docuware)
Create and launch Sales Orders in SAP
Prepare shop visit status reports and engines condition
Attends to Gates review, Production and Genba meetings.
Understanding of instructions and comercial guidelines
Maintain, KPIs updated
