Member of the Delta CFM56-5A Customer Team, the Control & Finance is the financial support of the Customer team, responsable of the follow-up of the profitability of the shop visits and other maintenance activities of the contract, in comparison to the Business Plan. The Control & Finance is also responsable of the update of the Business Plan, with the support of the Customer team for all the assumptions needed for this update.

1 Participates to the elaboration of regular finance exercises (Rolling Forecast, Budget, Mid Term Plan, etc)
2 Updates twice a year the Business Plan, with support of all Customer team
3 Monthly follow-up of the economics of the contract, in comparison to the business plan
4 Monthly analysis of shop visits profitability
5 Regular reporting, as needed, to the Finance Division and the Services Division
6 Follow-up of the economical results of the Delta Cost Reduction Plan
7 Follow-up of the coherence of accounting, in regards to the operational view of costs
8 In relationship with Services Division actors, ensure the consolidation of the economics of the contract in the Services Division P&L
9 In case of renegociation of the contract, participates at the elaboration of strategy
10 On demande, prepare specific analysis for the customer team
