TRANSFER ENGINEER/PROYECT ADMINISTRATOR

The transfer engineer is responsible to acquire knowledge of new products and processes subject to be relocated and define a master plan in coordination with transfer project team to validate and execute the necessary activities for a successful workload movement and startup in Chihuahua site under “end to end” scheme

Bachelor in industrial engineering
5 years minimum experience performing as Transfer Engineer or related activity
Aerospace industry experience - 2 years minimum
Fully bilingual English- Spanish
Visa and passport available, able to travel Knowledge:
Knowledge on CNC, Routers, hydraulic press, Layup, Fill & Fair, etc.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, engineering specifications / documentation
Strong knowledge of Microsoft project / AutoCAD /Mastercam / Lean Manufacturing
Knowledge AS 9100 / M3 ERP preferred Profile:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Leadership skills & Focus on results
Self-motivated and proactive
