Reporting to the Industrial VP Deputy, the S&OP deputy manager is the process referent for supply chains processes and owner for Demand, Internal process. He/she is accountable to support sites in order to maintain MPRII best standards in planning and execution (result and process KPI) and he/she is referent for supply chain master data business rules.
Responsibilities will include:
*Process/KPI/standard/procedure:
o Define, implement and manage the LG&I process, standard, procedure and Key Performance Indicator (process and result) for each process
Demand
Internal Supply and What If
Central planning is the owner for the following process
Demand Review
Internal Supply Process
What If process
For the other Supply Chain processes which are under site responsibility for planning and execution
Responsible for governance and adherence to standards
Support Production site to create/implement local standard, procedure, KPI and tool
*ERP solution
Contribute to ERP and tools evolution
*Human resources:
o In order to improve the global coordination and the maturity of the planning group, manage the community for the different processes and monitor the global action plan
o Ensure the global competencies of the community in collaboration with Human resources
*Others:
o Regarding the mapping of industrial footprint, the candidate will have to travel to the different site

• MRP2 knowledge and APICS CPIM certification with 5 to 8 year experience
