SAE - DI -IX - Operational Excellence Project Manager F/H

The position is based on the Villaroche site, at the CoE (Center of excellence) Fans & composite parts of the industrial division of Safran Aircraft Engines.

• You join the CoE Continuous Improvement team
• You contribute to the definition of projects, the construction and coordination of the progress plan for the CoE sites
• You manage major CoE projects with Lean-Sigma, ONE SAFRAN & TPM methodologies in close collaboration with managers and operational staff, while associating appropriate change management
• You coordinate and contribute to cross-functional initiatives on the site: 5S, Participatory Innovation, QRQC, LEAN, etc.
• You contribute to strengthening the culture of operational excellence within the CoE
• You are a source of suggestions to improve the organization of continuous improvement on the site
• You participate in sharing experience and good practices within the progress community

These missions will be carried out in support of all CoE sites.

Job requirements:

You have a Bachelor's degree, ideally in the production field, and have at least 5 years of confirmed experience, in particular, experience in TPM would be appreciated.

Technical prerequisites:
• Have knowledge of lean tools (8D, OJT, 5S, QRQC, VSM, TPM, etc.)
• You have successful experience in change management and project management
• You are attracted by the production environment (production management, procurement, supply chain, methods, etc.)
• Experience within Industrial, Technical, Purchasing or Quality departments is appreciated.
• Green Belt or black belt certification is a plus

This position requires frequent travel to the various CoE sites (Gennevilliers, Commercy, Rochester, Querétaro).
