Parlons de votre future mission

Who are we ?
Safran is an international high-technology group operating in the fields of aeronautics (propulsion, equipment and interiors), space and defense.
Our mission is to contribute sustainably to a safer world, where air transport becomes ever more environmentally friendly, more comfortable and more accessible.

Established on all continents, we employed 79,000 employees for a turnover of 16.5 billion euros in 2020, and we occupy, alone or in partnership, leading global or European positions in our markets.

As you will have understood, we are committed to research and development programs that preserve the environmental priorities of our technological innovation roadmap.

We are ranked the best global employer 2020 in our sector by Forbes magazine... Yes!

At the heart of our activity, we design, produce and market, alone or in cooperation, civil and military aeronautical engines at the best performance levels. The company is notably, through CFM International*, the world leader in the propulsion of short and medium-haul commercial aircraft.

In the field of military propulsion, we have entirely designed, developed and produced the M88 and the M53 which equip the Rafale and the Mirage 2000 respectively, and will be the engine integrator for the future European combat aircraft. *CFM International is a 50/50 joint company of Safran Aircraft Engines and GE.

Let's find out about your future position!

Your challenge:
Within our engine maintenance workshop (LEAP, CFM, SAM, GE), your objective as an Engine Inspector will be to ensure the smooth running of the various maintenance operations on the engine and the sub-assemblies that are attached to it.

Your main mission will be to certify the work carried out on the engines in relation to the customer's order, the technical standards and the regulations of course! In this context, you will be required to:

• Carry out visual and endoscopic inspections
• Carry out and write the diagnosis (inspection report) of the condition of the engine and its sub-assemblies in order to initiate maintenance and repair work
• Analyze and rule on listings of regulatory modifications (Airworthiness Directives) and/or in connection with the customer's order (Service Bulletin)
• Write release documents (ARPS) in compliance with regulations and customer orders
