Marque Services & Post Delivery Manager F/H

- In charge of Quality, On Time Delivery and Performance objectives of all Services and Post Delivery activities related to the Program
- Support the continuous improvement and the commercial development of the Program activities
- Promote the End to End and one company attitude

1/ BLCA Programs (A350, A320, A330, A400M and ATR)
- Ensure D2/D3/D4 activities follow-up and reporting to customer are done.
- Support when escalation appear and in case of activities development
- Internal drumbeat in case of specific topic (for ex: QSR, DR multi sites,…)
- Contribute with additional process to improve the operations and their development (for ex: weekly to launch with SNZ to support them, D2 and D3 alignment meeting)

2/ BLCA D2/D4 – Services coordination (mainly TLS and SNZ)
- Support A/C Manager to have the good skills and mindset on D2 and D4 activities follow-up Support A/C Manager on specifics topics linked to A320 activities

3/ Workload estimation
- Support by updating and improving estimation of workload for Services activities
- Develop and extand to D2 and D4 activities this support

- 5 years experience as preferred in aerospace industry and/or in Electrical Wiring Systems
- Knowledge of industrial concepts, practices and procedures within the aerospace industry
- Knowledge of wiring industry from design to installation is recommended
- Knowledge of Quality and environmental constraints in Aerospace industry (ISO9001, AS/EN9100, ISO14001, PART21, PART145, FAR145,…)
- Strong leadership, team spirit skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Written and oral professional English
