Provide Industrial engineering support to the production facility in Wall township, NJ
Main Objectives:
• Production and Lean support for the NJ facility
• Technical Research for short term building support projects
• Document and improve Facility and workstation layout
• Improvements of Production Equipment
• Assist with removal of any barriers to on time delivery of parts to customers
• Engineered solutions to Improve process and facility safety
• Proposals for Tooling and process equipment design for safety, standards, and quality improvements

• Problem Solving and Process design through common methods, such as tooling, instructions and equipment.
• Prototype and test procedure design for new manufacturing processes and improvements.
• Implement changes needed to release engineering changes to the production floor.
• Support for introduction of new production lines and processes in the NJ Facility during entry to service phases.
• Support Safran requirements for sustaining Lean efforts in the NJ Facility
• Support for resolution of safety and QRQC actions in the plant
• Creation and maintenance of work instructions when needed
• Presentation of yearly Manufacturing Performance Reviews and equipment Capacity Analysis
• Assistance with monitoring and maintenance of labor standards, lead times and reporting
• Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture,
• Regular, predictable attendance is required;
• Other duties as assigned.

• Hands on Equipment troubleshooting - Basic
• Ability to design tools and aids - intermediate
• Ability to understand and interpret engineering documents. - Intermediate
• Experience with CAD software. Preferably Auto Cad, Solid Works, or Catia - Advanced
• Must have strong computer skills and excellent communication skills. - Advanced
• Knowledge of equipment repair and upgrade. - Advanced
• Organizational and time-management skills. - Basic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Advanced
• Attention to detail - Advanced
• Able to work independently and as part of a team -Advanced
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and equipment management software - Basic
