Job Location: Twinsburg, OH
The R&M Analyst will be responsible for the in-service Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS). This individual will also be responsible for conducting internal Reliability Trend Reviews and supporting Customer Product Reliability meetings. The position requires interfacing with customers, service centers, Program Management, Business Development, Product Support, and Engineering.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Maintain a Microsoft Access database for repair data
Collect repair and overhaul data from service centers monthly
Assign failure codes for each unscheduled removal
Maintain procedures and flow charts for the reliability data collection process
•Lead Reliability Trend Review Meetings
Prepare and analyze MTBUR charts, Failure Pareto Charts, and Weibul Analysis for failure trends
Schedule and conduct quarterly Reliability Trend Review Meetings
Publish RTR meeting minutes and maintain an RTR meeting action rail
•Support Customer Product Reliability Meetings and Operator Conferences
•Prepare FRACAS reports for customers when required by contract
•Use repair data to track and report the progress and cost of warranty campaigns
•Apprise peers and Product Support Management of equipment reliability trends or concerns.
•Assist proposal efforts by providing in-service component reliability data to demonstrate capability of our equipment to meet customer reliability and maintainability requirements.
•Identify opportunities to improve services, reduce maintenance costs, or increase margins for aftermarket sales.
•Other duties may be assigned within Product Support
•Evening hours may be required on occasion during business peaks or to meet critical deadlines
•Travel requirements: Occasional travel within U.S/Outside U.S.

This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. “Green Card Holder”), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
Education and/or Experience
•A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
•A minimum of three (3) years' experience in a customer support capacity in aviation (or other highly regulated industries).
•In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an ASQ Reliability Engineer Certification combined with a minimum of six (6) years' experience in one or more of the following areas: Maintenance; Fleet Management; Product Support Engineering; a role in RAMS activity (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Supportability/Safety); and/or New Product Introduction.
•Must be a U.S. citizen authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Knowledge/Skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Access databases, analytical tools, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations, including the ability to link spreadsheets to PowerPoint files for automatic updates.
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• Results driven and process focused
• Self-motivated, well organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision
