The Process Engineer will drive improvements and provide additional depth of shop floor support. This individual will be a process-planning owner and support the new product implementation and development of programs.

Essential Job Functions:

Process Engineer will be responsible for process development, cost savings initiatives, tooling, and process yield in an autoclave adhesive bonding operation.
This individual will also work in a team environment with other manufacturing/Quality engineers, shop floor personnel and must have the capacity to make the synthesis between products, processes, and projects needed to improve the process.
Communicate effectively with other team members including engineers, management and shop floor personnel
Understands and supports specialized equipment in their process.
Supports new production introduction (NPI) especially with development of new processes

Required Education and Experience

BS degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Material Science, Chemical, Aerospace, Manufacturing) from accredited University
Experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite to create documentation, spreadsheets, and databases to support Manufacturing.
Statistical analysis education or experience
Desirable Qualification

Manufacturing experience in aerospace
