Safran Cabin in Marysville, WA is searching for Fill & Fair Technicians!
2:00pm - 10:30pm
Clean, prepare and fill and fair panels and other aerospace manufactured parts before paint application.
Summary of Duties:
Adheres to company specifications, work instructions, engineering prints and work orders.
Documents the materials and/or process used in the process to maintain traceability.
Fill and Fair parts before paint application.
Mix and apply filling material to aircraft parts per applicable specifications.
Fair parts after application and drying of filler
Mixes and applies adhesive and / or filler per work order instructions as necessary.
Safely handles various regulated materials used in the process.
o Must carefully handle raw material and manufactured parts to ensure the integrity and quality is not compromised by handling.
o All employees have an affirmative duty to protect and maintain the confidentiality of Safran products.
o As business conditions change it is necessary that all employees productively react and handle other essential tasks as assigned now or in the future.
o Tasks may vary slightly based on products produced at division.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years. Minimum 1 year stable employment history required. Aerospace experience preferred. Previous experience using power or air tools preferred. Previous auto body repair, auto detailing, or paint prep preferred.
Computer Skills: Basic ability to use Microsoft software.
Other Skills: The ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance.
