Summary/Objective
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
• Demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad
company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop
processes that meet business needs across the organization,
manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be
involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall
business strategy.
• Supports Customer Service Mangers that act as the single point of
contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of
concerns covering a wide variety of support services offered for
each of the assigned product lines.
• Works directly with customers to increase overall level of sales for
the company.
• Responsible for compiling the future sales forecast and integrating
the plans into the yearly budget.
• Establishes and maintains contact to provide on-going technical
and business support to assigned customers in designated
geographic region.
• Knowledgeable of and sensitive to business, social, and cultural
issues significant to their customers.
• Negotiates long term customer agreements with respect to used
material deals.
• Update VP of Customer Solutions on region activities, working with
sales/customer service team to raise key issues and recommend
solutions.
• Partner with Customer Service Leader to develop tactics and
actions required to support implementation of
business strategy.
• Manages cross functional relationships with other departments
within CFMM.

• PC proficiency
• Sound business acumen
• Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions
• Strong project management skills
• Technical acumen on the CFM56 engine
Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college & at
least 5 additional years of sales /customer service experience
or
• at least 10 + years of sales /customer service experience
Preferred Education and Experience
• Six Sigma training
• 5 + years' experience in the aviation industry
