-Responsible for analyzing, adjusting and creating all production data information to optimize planning into the MRP.
-Analyze and confirm dynamic demands from MRP.
Provide forecast to principal vendors and monitor inventory levels.
-Perform Documentation analysis on new repair documentation to anticipate demands.

 Analyze all requirements both internal and external.
 Set daily priorities for all support groups. Ensure proper levels of support/delivery of AOG/Customer Expedites.
 Review PLS production schedules to ensure alignment with customer requirements and company objectives (TAT/SPT & Revenue). Analyze manpower and recommend solutions.
 Daily review of units to ensure SPT can be met or solutions are realized.
 Work closely with all support groups to eliminate or reduce constraints to maximize production processes.
 Support weekly reporting of shortage levels, status of top shortages with action plans, and LRU pool delta with action plans for BSM production meeting.
 Daily monitoring & analysis of LDRC steps for orders exceeding contractual TAT.

 Conduct weekly review of Customer backlog

- Monitor inventory levels.
 Manage LRU exchange pool and prepare purchasing requests in coordination with BSM.
 Determine and maintain SRU/piece part inventory levels for business segment.
 Create and monitor kitting percentages (K%) and forecast for LRUs/BOMs in the business segment (Consumption increase, consumption decrease, gap between historical and Bill of Repair K%).

 Create or modify parts in SAP, based on changes identified in the document analysis.
