Job Summary:
- Assist Facilities Manager to ensure the safe and efficient operation of SEDA facilities: plans, organizes, and directs the functions of building maintenance, utility systems, site security, space management, archives and construction in accordance with local, state, national building codes and SEDA procedures.
- Assist Facilities Manager to ensure compliance with related OSHA and FAA regulations.
- Assist Facilities Manager on project transfer.
- Adapt the facility of Grand Prairie to the future business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Facilities Manager in collecting data and information related to on-going operations using that information to organize resources, both internal and external, to support operations, including repair and maintenance of the building and equipment, modification of the building, and/or construction of new or additional spaces.
- Assist Facilities Manager to in formulating plans, procedures, and work instructions for operation and maintenance of the building, equipment, and systems in compliance with state and local regulations, extending the useful life of these systems and assuring the continuity of operations.
- Assist Facilities Manager to ensure the compliance with OSHA regulations in coordination with the HR Director who is responsible for the trainings record keeping. Ensures that all safety is implemented per OSHA standards, writing procedures and being the interface with OSHA bodies. Ensures compliance with company and corporate policies.
- Assist Facilities Manager to ensure the compliance with FAA building safety regulations. Responsible for all safety aspects except IT safety (Access Software, Fingerprints).
- Assist Facilities Manager to develop procedures, identify problems, and recommend solutions. Helps to prepare and manage the maintenance budget as well as specific building projects budget and expenditures.
- Divulging of confidential and/or sensitive information could lead to breach of compliance, damage to the reputation and/or competitive posture of SEDA.

Education / Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced Level – Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, plus knowledge and experience with PowerPoint, MS Project, and Windows 2016
- Experience with AutoCAD software
Required Competencies:
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations

Physical Requirements: Office / Field
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
