Summary/Objective:
Provide effective support in the asset trading, leasing, and business development activities of CFM Materials' Engine Trading Division. Facilitate contractual administration and transaction closure.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Support Asset Transactions:
o Manage internal organization and execution of contracts to finalize asset transactions.
o Coordinate interaction between internal and external resources (e.g. Tax, Legal, Operations, Programs, etc.) to ensure deal completion.
o Maintain systems to accurately reflect transaction status to internal stakeholders
Lease Pool Management:
o Coordinate the induction of engines into the Pool with relevant internal and external resources (e.g. SES, CFMM Quality, CFMM Operations, CFMM Finance, etc.)
o Track engines utilization and Lease Pool revenues
o Manage administration of CFMM Lease Pool with external vendors (e.g. Lease Billing, Vendor Invoices, etc.)
o Prepare and validate commercial offers for lease
o Track and record engine stand movement
o Maintain systems to accurately reflect asset status for internal stakeholders
Business development / Market Analysis:
o Analyse market to identify future acquisitions- and sales opportunities.
o Ability to track multiple engines and opportunities across several internal and external organizations.
o Maintain systems to track assets won and lost
o Ensure timely and accurate data availability, and assist VP of Engine Trading in the preparation of reports for senior leadership meetings, Board of Director meetings, etc.
Competencies:
Ability to effectively multitask in a high velocity environment
Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Detail oriented yet capable of seeing “big picture”
Excellent communicator

Preferred Education and Experience:
Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or similar field or comparable work history
At least 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
No relocation assistance provided
Additional Eligibility Requirements:
Advanced level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
Capable of preparing, coordinating, and maintaining accurate detailed documentation necessary for technical approvals
