As a US Windchill PLM Integrator, you'll play a pivotal role in deploying and maintaining our Windchill PLM system in North America, ensuring efficiency and timeliness while contributing to a more sustainable world.
This position contributes to our vision by:
• Understand and discover the business needs, and to write/update standard operating procedures accordingly
• Configure Windchill PLM according to business needs using out of the box features & settings
• Develop and execute functional PLM tests. This includes PLM upgrade regression testing, nominal PLM settings tests, performance testing and software error tests
• Contribute on use case capitalization / lessons-learnt documentation
• Support end users during User Acceptance Testing and validation
• Execute support requests/tasks issued by internal ticketing system: change revisions, remove PLM objects, update workflows, approvers, or status, create/update/delete users etc...
• Perform root cause analysis when required
• Train end users
• Support project leaders in workload estimation / project execution
• Create progress reports for Windchill solution leader

• Bachelor's degree preferred in computer science, or another related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Windchill (modules, functions, objects, lifecycle, links between objects, ..) is required.
• 7+ years of experience in leu of degree.
• Experience in a technical support organization analyzing, researching, testing and resolving functional issues is a plus.
• Knowledge of PTC RVnS is an advantage.
• Exposure to Ticketing Tool like Service Now is an added advantage.
• Windchill Basic certification would be an added advantage.
