Safran SEATS is one of the world leaders in aircraft seating for crew members and passengers.
Our clients: the largest airlines and aircraft manufacturers.
Our product: the seat (from economy class to business class, including crew seats). You may have already experienced it when traveling with one of our client airlines; more than a million of them are currently in flight!
Your MISSION will consist of:
Preparing the aircraft work packages with the Seat entities, the aircraft manufacturer, and the Emirates Client
Monitoring the interventions
Managing communication and representing the Program Manager during these specific phases
Ensuring document management and contributing to continuous improvement
Your OBJECTIVE will be to be responsible for the "commissioning" of the program with the client and their satisfaction.
To achieve this, your DAILY TASKS will focus on the following activities:
Be the main point of contact for the client
Ensure the rapid resolution of issues encountered during installation (analyses, temporary and permanent solutions...)
Oversee the local Quality and Field Service resources in Dubai
Finally, manage risks and opportunities throughout the installation phase and the serial life cycle
You may also be tasked with functionally leading a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic, challenging, and international environment.

You will have the opportunity to discover a variety of attractive products (multi-technological, strong cosmetic and functional aspects, with a significant impact on the passenger experience) and develop privileged relationships with airlines and aircraft manufacturers.

This position is made for you if you have at least 5-6 years of successful experience in an aeronautical, automotive, or even railway environment.
Your ability to make decisions and take strategic directions will be crucial in achieving your goals.
You are known for your ability to bring teams together around common challenges and to handle unexpected situations. Additionally, you pay particular attention to building and developing client relationships. Your communication skills and leadership will be key to the success of your mission.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential to communicate daily with our international clients and partners.
