HSE Engineer

工作职责
Job Responsibilities
1) Follow up hazardous waste compliance related works;
2) New projects environment compliance with national and local environment requirement and regulation.
3) Environment procedure and regulation create / updating / implement
4) Support site for risk analysis and accidents investigation which are related to Environment and develop appropriate corrective actions
5) Manage and oversee compliance with national and local environmental regulations and policy
6) Conduct thorough and accurate environmental checking for continuous improvement
7) Build collaborative relationships with various stakeholders to ensure environment risks are identified early and managed appropriately
8) Water / air samples collected / analysis.
9) Follow up the requirement of local EPB .
10) Maintain a documentation system to keep corporate and mandatory rules and regulations, communication materials etc. related to environment.
11) Safran HSE standards
12) Other tasks assigned by manager

Job Qualifications Experience/Education Requirements

Education/ Major
Bachelor Degree in any of the below:
 Safety & Environmental Engineering
 Engineer/Science/industrial Hygiene
Experience
1 years' experience above or fresh Graduate
Language
Fluent in both spoken and written English/Chinese
Computer/Software
Proficient with MS Office(Word, Excel, PPT) etc:.
Technical Skill
Knowledge of local Laws, HSE requirement and Chemical compliances.
Familiar with Project Management with milestones and Problem solving skills.
Soft Skill
Interpersonal skills (involving working effectively with others, consistent with the company's values)
Good communication, reporting and presentation skills
