PROMOTE AND CUSTOMIZE PROMOTIONAL TOOLS
Propose and participate in the development of AVIC specific SafranHE promotion tools in collaboration with SafranHE Corporate Marketing team and, if necessary, SafranHE France Communication,
Propose and participate in the development of SafranHE customized promotional tools to support Airbus Helicopter, Bell, Leonardo Helicopter sales campaigns, in collaboration with DVA-M (Product Marketing) and when appropriate SafranHE France Communication,
Animating and monitoring the coherence of promotional actions with airframers subsidiaries in China, - deliverable: Marketing Road map
Ensure consistency of OEM/Support marketing tools for integrators and operators, in collaboration with DVA-M and FO SafranHE China,
Prepare and introduce to customers the technical data and analysis (performances, missions, technical specifications) sets to support sales campaigns and service solutions.
LEAD INTELLIGENCE, MARKET AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ACTIONS
Collect from the players in the aviation sector players the necessary elements for the analysis of the market, its evolution and the positioning of the various helicopter manufacturers on the Chinese market,
Collect and regularly share relevant intelligence highlights throughout SafranHE China and SafranHE corporate,
Define and collect from airframers the information needed to analyze their product and market strategy,
Actively participate in the development of SafranHE forecasting elements for AVIC, and other key airframers in China (Airbus Helicopter, Bell, Leonardo),
Ensure on a regular basis the update and follow up of the China market study, in cooperation with Corporate Marketing Department,
Deliver a yearly SafranHE China market study, analysis about the Chinese helicopter market, to be shared with Corporate Marketing Department and incorporated in Corporate Marketing Department global market study analysis,
Define and lead the collection of information on the positioning of competitors based on the organization of SAFRAN in China. Ensure consistency of information collected with SafranHE France requests.
PARTICIPATE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE AIRFRAMERS
Propose and lead the setting up of customer events (seminars...),
Contribute to the development of the promotional road map Airframer Customer Products.
SUPPORTING SALES ACTIONS TO THE AIRFRAMER CUSTOMER
If the need is identified, support commercial negotiations through marketing tools.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Carrying out processes improvement actions for the process (helping to structure the marketing plan, measuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing customers, trading partners and/or governmental representative agencies,
Establish short/mid-term strategies to develop new business opportunities and/or new partnerships with customers,
Monitor customer satisfaction level and propose preventive and corrective actions to keep it at high levels,
Ensure efficient and effective support to customers, protecting the interests of the customers and of Safran HE China simultaneously to achieve a mutually beneficial win-win partnership approach,
Analyze external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services,
Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
Identify new prospects and/or potential customers to develop Safran HE China Business (new engines, spare & retrofit engines).
General
Initiative and professionalism are highly required for this position.
Consult and cooperate with management in meeting Safran HE China's obligations.
The employee may be required to work outside usual office hours from time to time to fulfil their performance.
The requirements of the role may change from time to time and will be reviewed with the employee as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:
A Master degree and/or MBA in International Business / Marketing.
Experience in aeronautical field is preferred.
Strong skills in PPT, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, & basic Word skills, use of CRM software.
5+ years of marketing/communication related work experience.
Good command in English.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A strong interest in helicopter engines / helicopters / aeronautical field in general is required.
Strong communication skills for the promotion of our products.
Good command of the English Language is essential.
As a manager, the ability to take initiative and to build up a proactive approach is essential.
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
The ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
