MAIN MISSIONS:
- PRODUCT TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- FRONT OFFICE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- FUNCTIONAL INTERACTION, COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION WITH THE MEMBERS OF THE SITE FRONT, BACK OFFICE AND CORPORATE TEAMS
- DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING ACTIVITY
- PROMOTION OF SAFRAN GROUP, TM VALUES & SENSE OF BELONGING AMONG THE TEAMS

TASK 1 - ENSURE FREP DUTIES UNTIL TTHE FREP TEAM IS FULLY PROFICIENTY AND UNTIL PROPER RESOURCES ARE AVAILABLE ON TAP'S AREA

TASK 2 – DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING ACTIVITY AND COURSES

TASK 3 – FRONT OFFICE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
A3-1 – Provide technical support to the front office commercial teams:
- Daily operational support: technical issues understanding, provide technical information to propose a service adapted to the context, understanding of technical reports, reason for removal, configuration and part alternatives…
- When required provide punctual technical training
- Specific events: participate to local commercial negotiation, local symposium or customer visits

A3-2 – Participate to the meeting specific to local customers support (prominent and area meetings)

TASK4 – PRODUCT TECHNICAL SUPPORT
A4-1 – For technical issues which fall off the standard day to day site or technical hub processes:
- Coordinate TM resources to deal with these issues
- Handle technical customer relations and communications in coordination with the players of the FO

A4-2 – Ensure effectiveness of the technical customer assistance process:
- Monitor progress of the medium & long term analysis
- Ensure coherence of corrective actions with initial request and closure of customer request and complaint

A4-3 – Product integrity
- Provide corporate teams with the REX of all local technical issues which could be relevant for product improvement
- Referral agent for configuration management

TASK 5 – FREP PERFORMANCE SUPPORT
A5-1 – Perform periodic performance review and personal appraisal for team members and manage ensuing actions:
- ensure production of the quarterly BSC indicators
- draw up corrective actions and associated training plan
- organize and implement training actions
- review with his/her line manager
- make recommendations concerning pay rises and promotions

With this in mind, anticipate, manage and support professional development.
