Reliability Analyst supports and leads the development and design of support system of Safran Cabin aircraft interior components by authoring RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Mantainability, Safety) reports for complex components, including new technologies. May hold team lead duties.

• Perform analysis and calculation for reliability prediction (MTBURs/MTBFs/DMCs) to demonstrate reliability compliance for complex interior components
• Identify critical items and perform failure mode effects analysis and fault tree analysis for complex products and services dependability conditions
• Define Parts Classification (LRUs/SRUs) for recommended spare parts lists to support customer initial provisioning for Entry into Service
• Perform internal validation loop of reliability reports (check and approval)
• Work with Project Engineers and Engineering management, and support junior Reliability Engineers, to complete engineering deliverables per project schedule and budget
• Identify proper specification requirements for Reliability prediction and safety assessment; work closely with junior Reliability Analysts to ensure customer and regulatory requirements are understood
• Provide Project/Program support and support technical discussions with customers;
• Drive compliance to Department's KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), On Time Completion and First Pass Yield; monitor own KPIs; implement process improvements or training initiatives; support junior Reliability Engineers with KPI monitoring
• Drive to leverage lifecycle testing through specific failure modes evaluation on specific components and sub-components

Parlons de vous
-Technical and desirable higher education in Aeronautical Engineering or similar;
-Complementary courses: Office package (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCad and Visual Basic;
-Advanced English;
-Domain in reading and interpretation of technical drawings;
-Domain in analysis and calculation of Reliability Prediction (MTBUR / MTBF / DMC);
-Domain in definition of LRU and SRU;
-Domain in Power BI;
-Domain in distribution models and reliability assessment, domain in system analysis and in-flight safety, maintainability analysis and reliability-based maintenance;
