Team Leader (Surface Treatment)

Our Operations department is currently looking for a Team Leader (Surface Treatment):
As the Team Leader (Surface Treatment) you will organize and coordinate your team's activities to ensure smooth operations and achieve weekly objectives. Reporting to the Operations Shift Manager/Operations Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a high-performing team while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Your profile:
• A technical degree and experience in mechanics, chemistry, surface treatments.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems (e.g., Part 145), safety standards, and operational processes.
• Experience in team management and leadership.
• Proficient in English, French and Dutch.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, MS Office, and industry-specific tools.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Belgium, holding either an EU passport or a valid work & residence permit. Please note that we do not provide assistance with visa or permit applications.
