Team Leader Manufacturing Engineering (m/f/d)

- Secure creation of job cards for electrical, mechanical and structural work on aircraft
• Analyse issues and create rework job cards accordingly to the need
• Secure good handover of job cards to the production team
• Troubleshooting of issues
• Work hand in hand with Aircraft Manager for priority management
- Lead the team to reach the defined targets under respect of quality rules
• Ensure that ME processes are applied and alert on issues
• Secure ME team availability according to needs
• Take daily ME priorities and give it to the team
- Ensure that defined rules and processes for Quality, Production, Health, Safety & Environment are respected
• Follow SQCDP with the ME Team
• Report status and issues to the management
- Prioritize the workload and do the follow up
- Support HSE Management
• Act as Sponsor for different HSE Standards
• Ensure compliance of production to internal & external HSE standards

• Technical or Bachelor Degree
• 2-3 years of experience in the Manufacturing Engineering area
• Experience in disciplinary leadership of teams
• Mechanical / structural and electrical experience in the aviation area
• Knowhow about SAP job card process of Airbus
• Basic skills in Lean Management
• Project Management skills
• Good leadership skills and team spirit
• Fluent English and German
