In the role of Controller, you will be accountable for all the financial topics of the company including leading the operational controlling, rolling forecast process, and budgeting exercise. You'll have the opportunity to present the monthly results, organize and manage the budget process with operational stakeholders, and provide the routine reporting and analysis on all financial KPIs. This position will involve 50% travel during the first year.


This position contributes to our vision by:

  • • Provides and is responsible for the operational controlling reports and analysis on relevant key performance indicators including: sales vs budget, OPEX per cost center vs budget, variances vs budget challenges, cost of goods sold per program vs budget, headcounts vs budget, etc.;
  • • Works closely with the operational teams to develop relevant operational KPI of controlling and identify opportunities to improve profitability;
  • • Organizes, plans, and manages the rolling forecast process with all operational stakeholders;
  • • Prepares the presentation of the monthly results, including rolling 4 months and monthly scorecard with bridge analysis
  • • Organizes, plans, and manages the budgeting processes with operational stakeholders, including bridge analysis;
  • • Prepares data in the Group financial tool for consolidation;
  • • Manages the process to update the standard rates on an annual basis;
  • • Provides financial support in the development of commercial offers through strong interaction with the sales and program teams on business plan development;
  • • Supports internal control requirements.
  • • Oversees and manages finance staff according to business needs.

  • • Requires 7+ years of controlling experience in the manufacturing industry
