Description de la mission

To support the Programme Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects to meet design criterion, customer expectations and the company's business objectives.

  • • To contribute to the successful delivery of Projects to meet design criterion, Customer expectations and the Company's business objectives.
  • • To deputize for the Programme Manager in all aspects of managing the project delivery.
  • • To support the Programme Manager through the continuous design, development and serial delivery phase of a programme ensuring it is executed to defined schedule, cost and quality targets.
  • • Interface with the Customer's Programme, Engineering, Quality and Procurement teams, for all aspects of Project Management.
  • • Develop effective working relationships with customers as well as within the business.
  • • Drive the preparation of data in direct cooperation with the integrated programme team and business functions as part of the tendering process and participate in tender reviews.

  • • To support the development and implementation of a coherent plan to deliver a design based project, whether in support of initial development or as part of post-delivery modification efforts.
  • • To support and participate in customer project reviews, and support the development and communication of regular rolling reports on cost, scope, risk mitigation, schedule performance for internal and external distribution.
  • • Support the setup and execution of project Gateway reviews.
  • • Manage the delivery of project sub tasks / work packages as directed by the Programme Manager / Senior Programme Manager.
  • • Communicate clear strategies, targets and timelines in managing performance and delivering key business goals.
  • • Develop excellent relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
