Safran's Debt: Standard & Poor's credit rating, BBB+, a stable outlook
Long-term credit rating
Safran received its first credit rating from Standard & Poor's in 2021, which gave it a long-term investment grade rating of BBB+ with a stable outlook.
This rating reflects the strength of Safran's balance sheet, as well as the Group's ability to adapt quickly to an unprecedented crisis. In a difficult environment, Safran's sound financial policy and leading position in its markets have earned it an investment grade rating with a stable outlook.
compared with €4,114 million on 31 December 2019. This decrease is based on free cash flow generation and the absence of dividend payments in 2020 for the 2019 financial year.
